The assets are incredible, but they lack proper UVs, which makes them extremely difficult to work with, especially when using multiple applications or trying to make adjustments to the models. Proper UVs are essential, and I strongly encourage revisiting and re-releasing the kits with this issue resolved. If you need assistance, I’d be happy to help. I could likely complete a kit within a couple of weeks to a month, depending on the number of assets. UVs are critical for usability, and addressing this would greatly enhance the value of your assets.

can I get a refund for this asset pack as it is not game ready like I thought don't know how you can sell unreal files and have no correct collision the unreal marketplace would never approve this literally any assset pack u buy on the unreal marketplace has correct collision setup cuz that's how it's supposed to be. those that don't want it can just disable it. there is no excuse for this. I have no use for this asset pack if you wont' setup proper collision and I do not have the means to do so myself and neither did I expect to have to do it especially at such a premium price point.

Hi, Im a UEFN creator and really like everything you are doing. Unfortunately we have a very limited project size limit in UEFN (400mb). If your prefab buildings from the kits were available in a more modular format we could use instanced mesh actors to really save on memory and improve performance. Most of the buildings ive tried are one or two pieces and cant benefit from instancing.

I just wanted to ask since you guys offer Unreal Engine. whether you could do this so that you can make the windows in a group and the individual doors. so that you can either remove them or just move them. as currently is always as a whole and you can't open the doors and you can't adjust the windows. So unfortunately (I think speaks for many) very unusable in Unreal, this would be good for all assets and shouldn't be difficult to enable when creating. then you could use the assets much better for all purposes.

I see a few of the kits are now in the Unreal Marketplace. Is there any way we can have them included in our library if we originally bought them from you? It is so much easier to add to project using the library rather than migrating.

While I do appreciate the effort in creating openable doorways in the latest Enchanted kit...I must say that there are a few buildings in Enchanted that need to be fixed in regards to doorways. What is the point of providing a doorway when you put a brick wall right behind the doorway? It totally defeats the purpose of the doorway...and can't be used to create an enterable room beyond that doorway. Not to sound harsh, but the creators of your assets need to think like game developers when creating kits for game engines. The whole purpose of buying a kit from you is to make our lives easier when using the kits. Please...if you could be so kind...create a list of standards (based on the feedback here) that your creators will need to follow when designing kits. If you need advice as to what the list should have...ask your users via questionnaire that we can answer. That way a standard can then be developed and followed.

What exactly are these kits for? Are they just for background assets in films etc? Because correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel like a lot of these assets/kits are not really useable in interactive video game worlds. Every building I have tried, there's no way to remove the door or get to the interior of the building. So, yes, they're great for in the background of cinematics and films etc, but for games, they are entirely useless for me! Is there a way around this? The kits are very expensive to not come with interiors, or even the option of opening it up to add your own interior.

I paid a frikin fortune for your Cyberpunk Kitbash set. I downloaded the unreal pack. It doesn't say what version of unreal the project files are for. I dropped it into an unreal project. NONE of the textures or models load into the actors. I tried using the rediculas extra software your forcing on everyone, Cargo. When I click download on the model in cargo it keep spitting out error instead of download. For $200 there is ZERO reason for this kind of failure. My project is due by EOD but that wont work out now.

I am using kits from KitBash 3D and all the 3d models have a pivot point set to the center of the mesh in XYZ axis. But Z pivot should be at the bottom. I am using unreal engine and i am getting the assets using cargo.

Some of the parking lines in Nates motel are floating above the surface. It seems like they are not selectable separately from the motel mesh (Americana).
