Unreal | Neo San Francisco | Glass are transparent
They're not very useful if I can see right through them, let light pass through casting weird shadows and make it so I can't place things behind them without having to retexture and rebuild the various materials in them. A nice glass office building is worthless if it is a hollow transparent shell.
Only the texture file gets downloaded
I have allowed multiple downloads permission on my browser, still it downloads only the texture file.
Unreal | LA Kit have a windows have a strange yellow tint
I purchased the LA kit a while back and no matter how I import it into Unreal (UE4, 5, 5.1) it does not look anything like what was advertised when I purchased the kit. As it stands a lot of the windows have a strange yellow tint, the way the translucency leads strange visual artifacts which are difficult to describe, and the buildings have LOD issues where triangles disappear ad fairly short distances. To be totally matter of fact, the results I'm seeing look nothing like what was advertised on the site. I'd be happy to share screenshots or hop on a video call and screenshare to show what I'm talking about, as I'm sure you don't want to see these issues in the wild as well. Please let me know how we can get this resolved. If this kit has known issues I'd be interested in swapping it out for a higher quality kit or a refund. Thanks for your hard work!

I'm having a problem with minerva kit. I'm using Maya, Arnold, I did try to open and a pop up message error "Errors have occurred while reading this scene that may result in data loss. Please check the Script Editor for details." .... than when i try to render the console message error: Error: ERROR | parameter name contains invalid characters: "Max_Map_Channel 2"
I downloaded my Minerva Kit and my cliff meshes to build out the terrain isnt popping up. The building mesh and vehicle mesh is here but none of the geometry MASS meshes are in the file

just want to say that your work is awesome! You guys create a medium, every artist can use to create epic environments in short time, thats brilliant. I have a suggestion for a new 3D kit if possible. I really love the thoght that you guys release a new kitbash kit with buildings in the way of the buldings wich are existing on the planet Naboo from Star Wars. It's just a suggestion, would love to hear from you guys. Thank you.
Mission to Minerva Unreal 5.0.3 Geometries show up, but not the actors
I'm having trouble seeing any actors from Minerva. I place them in the level, but I'm only getting the blueprint icon and no model. I'm using UE 5.0.3. When I open the file from Kitbash, I can see the objects in the content browser, but when I place them in model space or the level, I only get an icon. See attached. Geometries show up, but not the actors from Kitbash. I also have the Neo City assets and they show up fine.
Hello guys, I purchased Aftermath Kit and when I try to import it in Blender - whatever I choose blender format or fbx+obj format - when I choose "Files and textures" option it suggests to download an archive which contains only textures, without files. So I need to download files separately and then textures separately and need to apply manually about 90 textures. I suppose it should not work this way. Can someone do something about it? Thank you)
Mission to Minerva | Materials did not come through
Opened Minerva in UE4,26.2 and migrated to UE5.0.3. The Master/Materials have not come through, they have a star bottom left. I have followed the article and everything is fine in the KitBash project (UE4.26.2) but I have Migrated the assets to a UE5.0.3 project and get the screen shots that I enclosed.
