I understand that with the Cargo Personal license, I can download 10 new assets per month. Does '10' mean that I can purchase 10 different kits, each containing various models and materials? Or does it only mean that I can download 10 individual assets, such as models or materials?

Hi there!
Cargo Personal grants access to use 10 individual assets per month and not 10 full Kits. Each month you auto-renew, you'll gain access to 10 more assets. Each asset comes with materials. 
Once you cancel your subscription, these assets will not be accessible and will show as locked in Cargo, unless they are free assets (Secrets of the Luminara, Mission to Minerva, Neo City).
