Cyber District | C4D Crashing | Not opening in live viewer

Hi! I just bought the Cyber District kit and I had a really weird problem with it. It just wouldnt open in my live viewer (octane and Cinema4D) even if I downscaled the 2k textures to 1k. My Cpu would blast up to 100% and stay there until i force close C4D. It also happened with only a single element of the kit. I managed to get it to work through slowly adding single elements back in one by one. It would crash again after closeing C4D and reopening, so i have to readd it 1 by 1 each time to make it work. Im not sure i this is a polycount or a texture/shader issue. Or if its on my end or on kitbashes end. My specs are quite good, i never had an issue with other kits. I9900k, 128gb ram, RTX 3090. If you have a solution to this or tips on what could cause this i would be happy to help as well where i can.

Get Fabian, are you up to date with Octane? This issues doesn't seem to be the case for me. Typically I see memory related issues, but the CPU shouldn't do that.
I couldn't reproduce this on my system. 3700x/32GB/3090ti
Although, I use 4k JPG textures to cut file size down. That requires a bit of technical tweaking, but gets the files down to a far more manageable size at the cost of a slight quality hit.
