Previously purchases not showing in Cargo. Can I still download?

I've purchased many models through Cargo over the last few months. Many of those purchases are not showing in Cargo anymore. Can I still download them?

Hi Elaine, Thanks for the reply, however, when I view MODELS > ACCESS > DOWNLOADED in Cargo, only 5 models are listed, 2 of those are LOCKED. Even though I've previously unlocked and downloaded those models. Also, I have unlocked many other models that are not listed under MODELS > ACCESS > DOWNLOADED at all.

Ian Douglas: Thanks for the clarification. With a Cargo Personal subscription, you'll get access to unlock (download) 10 assets per month to import directly into your 3D software. You'll be able to import those assets as many times as you'd like during your subscription.

To better identify if this is a bug, can you include a screenshot of the screen that shows your complete DOWNLOADED dropdown menu?

Hi Ian Douglas , 
The assets that you've unlocked are listed in the ACCESS menu along the top of Cargo. 
MODELS > ACCESS > DOWNLOADED
You can then import any of these assets directly into a project using Cargo > Import. You won't be able to access the downloaded files outside of Cargo or use these downloaded files once your subscription ends. 
You will be able to continue editing projects that you've imported Cargo assets into, you just won't be able to continually import Cargo assets into new scenes or transfer or copy them once your subscription ends.
