Cargo window disappears after splash screen??

I am having a similar issue. The window loads, and says "Update Plugins Required". When I am eventually able to click the button, it'll sit idle on the screen with nothing clickable for an indeterminate amount of time. I have tried all the suggested troubleshooting tips, uninstalling/reinstalling, restarting, clearing %appdata% locations, changing compatibility settings, excluding the files from the AV, allowing the firewall, running the app as an administrator. Nothing seems to work. It will sometimes work randomly, and then allow a few downloads before crashing, and then not start again. It's effectively unusable.

While our team is working on a fix for this bug, can you take the following steps:
In the start menu type "run"
In the run menu type "%appdata%"
It should bring you to this folder: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming
Delete everything inside the "kitbash3d" folder, except the "kits" folder
Lastly, restart computer and sign back into Cargo

I tried starting Crago up. I see it when I launch it on my Windows Bar, but the application does not appear on my screen. When I move my mouse over it on the Windows Bar, it shows a small window of the login screen I use to log in. But when I select it, it does not appear on my screen—just at the bottom of the Windows bar as a small representation of the Login Screen. I have tried reinstalling it, but nothing has changed.
I am in the middle of a project and need this resolved. What's up? I have not had any problems for the past 4-5 months and used Cargo with no issues before. It just started doing this. Please advise!!. I am really under a tight deadline.

Appreciate the update. Can you let me know if you've made any other changes to your computer recently? I've checked into your account and can see you've successfully downloaded and imported assets in the past 24 hours.
Try downloading Cargo from the top right of KitBash3D.com and re-install it.

Elaine Deveney Thanks for the information! Issue is solved after adding Cargo to the Windows Firewall.
I had to use a different computer to log in and download as I was under a deadline. But my main system is back online now, thanks again.

In the meantime, can you take the below steps to see if it resolves the issue?

Elaine Deveney I can now see the sign-in window but after entering my info and clicking sign in, nothing happens..

Success! After allowing the app through the Windows firewall things are back to normal.
This happened suddenly and unexpectedly, nothing changed on my system or network.
