I bought the subscription when i needed it for a project, only to find out the c4d plugin isnt working like it should. No textures / materials are imported. So i see others with the same issue and there is no solution ?

I really feel ripped of here.. i cant use it so i would like a refund please if there is no fix planned for c4d.
