[Bug] Download icons persist after files have been deleted

i deleted the kits folders but the downloaded icon is still there for those assets i had once downloaded, meaning i can't download them again

I had a related issue and got this reply from Kitbash3d (close Cargo before attempting this):
To resolve this issue, you'll need to delete the following file from your computer:
%APPDATA%\kitbash3d\cargo_v1.sqlite
Note: you will need to log in with your username and password and re-download all assets you have previously downloaded.
