Maxx Burman: Reinstalled all, Updated Cargo to 1.0.2 and same results unfortunately.

Updated Cargo, cleared cache, deleted all Cargo Unreal builds and started from scratch. Still crashing.
I can't imagine I'm the only one experiencing this...
This is a brand new Windows 11 system (could that be the problem?) running Intel Core i9, 128GB RAM with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080. Other than Windows 11 I don't think it's my setup causing problems.
I'm including the crash message and hoping to be passed along to development / support team.

Every time the user tries to import, it crashes Unreal
And the whole plugin has disappeared.
Attached is the crash message that comes up whenever he hits import.
Adam Gragg feel free to add more context within the comments for our engineering team to take a look at.

Can cargo run UE 5.1.1 instead of 5.1? Still crashing on step 4 even though the message says "Success".
