I'd like to get Dark Fantasy, but with the modern (last century) store fronts that get combined like we see in Edinburgh, any suggestions for building those sorts of streets and combination of old and newer (not modern) architecture?

Really cool idea! I am a big fan of the Last Kingdom and it would be cool to have a kit like what you are describing. What are the top assets or structures that you would want us to include in this kit?

Michael Reese: So, there is this combination of very old historic buildings, but some modern shops, modern street lighting. It would be interesting to be an the sort of environment where there are modern store fronts, pubs we could add window decals and signs and what not. Something so we could put in a castle, but keep it current and not medieval? More a feeling we could exist in both times, rather than just an environment where there is no plumbing or electricity and everything is old, so there would be contrast, and it would not be strange to see a car or two parked on the street? (I'm such tourist).
