[Kit Request] Shoreline

Currently we have a number of city-based kits best suited for coastal artwork, such as Arch Vogue, Neo Dubai or Industrial. What we don't have, however, is structures with naval themes.
What I propose is one kit (maybe more) that could supplment these, to make scenes with a commercial presence on shore. I have lots of ideas, but I think a good kit to start would be either:
1) Marina/pier greebles with some small boats, a few new storefront buildings, and rides.
2) Commercial Fishing Port for offloading, processing and packing fish. For this, seawall/breakwater pieces would be a welcome addition.
3) A "boneyard" (dead ship hulls) like those in the Aral Sea.

Michael Reese: Apologies for the delay.
Neo Dubai and Industrial are the only sets I could find with some buildings/assets for commercial purposes, but these amount to only a couple of pieces in each. For example, whilst newer businesses for entertainment or fishing purposes do use stone buildings, most are wood/metal outbuildings without smokestacks; however, craneworks would be used for offloading.
Therefore, I believe we are missing the following most:
1) Large to medium-sized buildings that could function as either pier-based amusement venues, or Commercial Fishing facilities.
2) Amusement rides, or Packing/Conveyor systems and Trawling gear. A few could be modular (such as a Rollercoaster or Fish Processing) to support multiple layouts.
3) Assets to assemble a pier/marina/boardwalk. Many of these would further support commercial fishing facilities.
4) Free standing and mounted lighting options appropriate for the coastline.
5) Small support objects, such as coin-operated binoculars, toy/food vendors, or outbuildings such as small cabins and ticket offices.
Another kit could, then, be released later, covering actual civilian/tour/fishing vessels.

This is an awesome kit idea!! What 5 assets do you think would be the ones we should make sure to absolutely build in a kit like this?
